 Ordered products been sended within 48 hours at latest, usually within 24 hours.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders. Rates apply to orders shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Note: shipping rates may vary based on current promotional offers.

Shipments

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Orders may be split into multiple shipments and items ordered together may not ship on the same day.

Orders must ship to a single address located within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Washington, D.C. You will have to place multiple orders if you wish to ship to additional addresses.

STANDARD SHIPPING

 International Shipments

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Errors & Disputes

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify THINKLINK before the order is packaged and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.
 

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
