Answer:Yeah, there's two access holes and it comes with 2 plugs.

Question:Does it come with plugs for the access holes?
Answer:Yes, one has a hole in it to run a cable through. I cut a slit in that one to run my POE CAT6 that was already terminated (had a plug on it) and it fit back in just fine and appears to have sealed well.

Question:What type of camera does it apply to?
Answer:Should work with most security cameras. The housing has screw mounting holes in many patterns. It was not difficult to find the correct set for my Reolink cameras and the junction boxes are performing well and look great at my house.

Question:Is it waterproof?
Answer:Yes weather proof
